30. September, 2026Career Perspectives During and After the MBA: Individual Conversations with Competo Experts
Career development does not always start with looking for a new job. Sometimes, it starts with a focused conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and how to position yourself for the opportunities ahead.
As part of the collaboration between LJUBLJANA MBA Alumni and Competo, members of our alumni community have the opportunity to take part in an individual career conversation with one of Competo’s experienced consultants.
The initiative is designed for alumni who want to reflect on their current career path, explore possible next steps, or better understand how their experience, MBA journey, and leadership ambitions can be positioned in the market.
What can you expect?
The conversation gives you an opportunity to present your professional experience, discuss your career ambitions, and explore possible next steps.
It is also a chance to ask questions about topics that matter to you. You might want to discuss how to position your experience in the market, how to approach a career transition, what companies are currently looking for in senior candidates, or how to communicate your ambitions more effectively.
There is no fixed agenda. The conversation is shaped around you and your questions. The better prepared you are, the more specific and useful it can be.
Before the conversation, we encourage you to think about:
- how you would briefly present your professional journey
- what you would like your next career step to look like
- which questions you would most like to explore
- what kind of support or perspective would be most useful to you at this stage
Whether you are actively considering a change or simply want to reflect on your future direction, the conversation can help you gain clarity and a more structured view of your next professional move.
