With the LJUBLJANA MBA behind you, has the journey been worth it?

Without a doubt: yes.

Having a legal & HR background, the MBA gave me additional knowledge and sharper perspective, but even more than that, it gave me conceptual depth & scope; exactly what I aimed for. It deepened my understanding of how strategy, leadership, economics, governance, and technology shape organizations. But most importantly, it strengthened my conviction that results only endure when people are aligned, trusted, and developed.

I also met an extraordinary group of classmates: strong, diverse, thoughtful individuals who were willing to challenge, support, and learn from one another. The quality of dialogue elevated everything. Our professors also played a significant role. They did not simply deliver content, I felt they worked hard to distill complex topics into what truly matters. Not to mention the support team that gave their best at any time. That level of commitment from all people involved in the program made a huge difference. So what made the program for me truly meaningful, were the people and the connections. The conversations, the shared doubts, the laughter after long days, all of that shaped the experience as much as the curriculum.

A special dimension of our generation was that nearly half of the class chose to step into something completely new, the AI track. There was a shared curiosity and courage to move toward technological advancement and position ourselves consciously for the decade ahead. Leadership today requires literacy in both people and technology.

Honestly, this journey would not have been possible without support at home and within my team. When the people closest to you believe in what you are doing and help carry the weight, growth becomes sustainable and deeply shared. Growth is never individual, it is enabled by others. For that I am deeply thankful.

So, yes it was worth it.
