2Do I need to take the GMAT or GRE?
The LJUBLJANA MBA does not specifically require a GMAT or GRE for admission but looks at the overall qualifications and experience of applicants.
3What does “adequate bachelor’s education with 180 ECTS points gained” mean?
When you graduate with your bachelor’s degree and receive your “diploma,” you also get a “transcript of records” document that lists all your exams and grades.
If you graduated in Europe before the Bologna Process, you must have level 6/2 or 7/1 to participate in the LJUBLJANA MBA program. If you already started your studies during the Bologna Process, your degree certificate meets the criteria for enrollment (180 ECTS credits at graduation).

Tuition Fee
1What is the cost of the LJUBLJANA MBA program?
The standard tuition fee is €24,900. The current early-bird fee is €20,900. Please see Admissions and Fees for the applicable deadline and full list of inclusions.
2Do tuition fees have to be paid in one amount?
Tuition may be paid in up to 6 installments or as discussed and confirmed in the Educational Agreement signed before the start of the program.
3Are scholarships available?
YES. The deadline for application is September 30, 2025.
Applicants must have at least three years of relevant professional experience and demonstrate outstanding academic credentials, leadership experience, international influence (academic and business), and special awards and achievements. In addition, applicants should demonstrate an ambition to make a difference through their work and be an ambassador for the LJUBLJANA MBA program.
4What is the final exam/thesis at LJUBLJANA MBA?
After you have completed all courses and exams, you will begin your work on a group consultation project. The project is an intensive consulting assignment where the MBA group consults on a real case for a company and finds solutions to the client’s strategic problems.
