With LJUBLJANA MBA behind you, has the journey been worth it?
Absolutely. This program’s value lies in the blend of theoretical framework and real business cases shared by lecturers and the diverse experiences of classmates. We were constantly shifting between focusing closely on details and taking a broader view, which exposed us to various perspectives. Over the two-year period, personal growth and transformation were unavoidable outcomes of this learning experience.
What was your LJUBLJANA MBA highlight?
Those two years were transformative the whole way. However, the final project, which involved navigating team dynamics, applying accumulated knowledge, and crafting practical solutions for a company was an exceptionally valuable and unique experience.
What will be your professional and personal path after graduating from LJUBLJANA MBA?
As I have been building my career as an HR professional, completing my MBA has deepened my understanding of business overall. This knowledge allows me to position myself as a strategic partner, leading HR teams in achieving business objectives. On a personal note, I value the reflection on personal development and future plans that concluded our MBA program. I aspire to continue this practice and strive for ongoing growth and development.
