2025 was a year of momentum for the LJUBLJANA MBA program. It brought new learning themes, stronger international exposure, a refreshed identity, and a growing, more diverse community. From timely topics like AI and neuroscience to design thinking with Stanford professors, LJUBLJANA MBA continued to strengthen its position as a forward-looking program for leaders who want practical skills, global perspective, and meaningful connections.

Learning at the intersection of AI and neuroscience
One of the most timely highlights of 2025 was the program’s focus on AI and neuroscience, exploring how technology and brain science shape decision-making, attention, and performance. Participants engaged with insights that connect directly to modern leadership challenges: leading through complexity, managing cognitive overload, and building better habits in fast-changing environments.
This theme reflects a broader direction in management education, where leadership increasingly requires both analytical fluency and a deeper understanding of human behavior.
A Masterclass experience with Adam Grant
A major moment of inspiration for the Alumni club was a masterclass with Adam Grant, one of today’s most influential thinkers on organizational psychology. The session brought fresh perspectives on leadership, motivation, and workplace dynamics. It reinforced what makes the Ljubljana MBA experience distinctive: learning opportunities that challenge assumptions and stay relevant long after the classroom.
Design Thinking with Stanford professors
Innovation continued to play an important role in the curriculum, with design thinking sessions delivered in collaboration with Stanford professors. Participants worked with frameworks used by leading organizations worldwide, building practical skills for problem-solving, customer-centric thinking, and experimentation.
45% Women
Another milestone this year was the cohort composition, which included 45% women. This shift is meaningful not only for representation but for the quality of learning. Diverse cohorts strengthen discussion, broaden perspectives, and reflect the leadership landscape the program is helping to shape.
Visiting Dublin
The year also included a memorable international excursion to Dublin, a highlight for many participants. International modules deepen learning by adding context, expanding networks, and building shared experiences that strengthen the cohort community.
A New Look: Refreshed Website and Visual Identity
2025 also brought a visible transformation: LJUBLJANA MBA refreshed its website and visual identity. A modern presence supports clarity, trust, and accessibility, and better reflects the ambition and quality of the program.
Recognition in the Financial Times Ranking
The year concluded with an important external signal of progress: LJUBLJANA MBA was again recognized among the best 100 EMBA programs in Europe in the Financial Times European Business Schools ranking. Rankings are not the full story, but they provide independent validation and strengthen international visibility.
Ljubljana MBA Wrapped 2025 reflects a program that is evolving with intention: expanding the curriculum where business and science meet, building innovation capability, strengthening international learning, and growing a diverse and ambitious community.
